1-Day Lecture and Hands-On

Come join us for an in-depth exploration of the groundbreaking Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration (IDR) technique developed by Dr. José Carlos Martins da Rosa. Renowned for its innovative approach, IDR enables immediate implant placement and the reconstruction of compromised sockets using a triple graft harvested from the maxillary tuberosity.
Emphasizing minimally invasive procedures, Dr. da Rosa’s technique leverages the biological advantages of the maxillary tuberosity to deliver highly predictable esthetic and functional outcomes—all within a single surgical session. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of this advanced method for managing compromised extraction sites through autogenous grafting.

Lectures
- Presentation of the Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration technique (IDR)
- Classification of alveolar bone defects

- IDR protocol using cortico-cancellous graft – analog and digital
- IDR and osseodensification
- Maxillary tuberosity as the main donor area of bone and soft tissue grafts
- Bone biology of Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration
- Complications and how to avoid them
